Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival e-book and video blog

Here you can read all the e-book we did during "Nisimazine" workshop in PÖFF, the most influencial film festival in the area of Baltic countries.

And here are some videos from my video blog I did back then:

Interview with Jan Ole Gerster, director of the film "Oh Boy" (you can read full interview in the e-book, as well as the other ones). Here, I think I should assume, that I am a huge fan of the film and you should also see this film whenever you get a chance (sadly, Lithuanian audiences just missed this (or not) during German film days).

And here is the interview with Jana Wolff, the producer of "House With a Turret". It is a film by the Ukrainian director Eva Neymann, the cinematographer of the film is Lithuanian Rimvydas Leipus, also Yekaterina Golubeva appears in the film. In Lithuania, film was already shown in Kaunas International Film Festival.

Another interview. This time with the producer of "Eastalgia", Simon Amberger. If you someone from Lithuanian audiences would get interested, the film will be shown during Vilnius International Film Festival "Kino pavasaris" (VIFF).

"Greek cinema" is my personal project which I did during the workshop. The festival "In Focus" programme was concerned on Greek cinema, so I did a little research why and what is going on with Greek cinema that it took the attention. In the video some material from the trailer of the film "L" appears, so when you see it, you can have in mind that this film can be seen in VIFF. In the e-book Emilie Toomela gives a wider look on the "In Focus: Greek cinema".

And if to be getting ready for VIFF, I would recommend to read the reviews of "Eastalgia", "Loving", "A Caretaker`s Tale", "Laurence Anyways", "Compliance", "The Sessions", interview with Rusudan Chkonia, the director of "Keep Smiling" and, of course, everything else what might interest you.

E-book link again.
