vanishing waves OST

vyšnios

sodas, toks 6 arų kolektyvinis sodas. sodas senelio paskiepytų medžių baltais kamienais ir krepšiais pilnais pomidorų, agurkų, cukinijų ir gėlių... geltoni „Ikarus“ autobusai, hamakas, vandens bokštas ir žemės kvapas.

sode, tokiame 6 arų kolektyviniame sode, man patikdavo, tik kai būdavo vyšnių, kai būdavo tiek daug, kad atrodydavo, kad jos niekad nepasibaigs

my new lo-fi film about Titanic

This is new video (which claims to be a short documentary film) "No Day Without Titanic".

An accident trouvaille in the flea market and the legendary Celine Dion song from the "Titanic" OST heard in the karaoke during one crazy night provoked me to take a hand-held camera and seek for memories or objects talking about the "Titanic" film, try to grasp its influence on my generation as the object`s of pop culture and try to place it in the Finnish culture.

This was made back in Finland (also some material was taken on the ferries to Stockholm and Tallinn). The video was done for and is published by Visio-TV, the online TV of University of Jyväskylä.

And now - GET NOSTALGIC!

İstanbul

the sounds of sea, birds, ships, prays, sunsets, Bosphorus, balcony, palms, bridges, fighting with the horizons, irresistable flows of people, street musicians, the islands – the sounds of silence, following the horses, getting dark, a scratch on my face, bakeries, breads, markets, vegetable and candy sellers, flea markets, Monet, The Museum of Innocence, the undergrounds where bazilisks used to live, the fireworks vanishing, being sort of devoured by the greatness of Istanbul night. the sounds... and the other miracles
